Since cloud hosting allows clients to pay only for actual resources used, it is much more cost effective than paying for and maintaining your own server[s]. With cloud hosting technology, you are essentially sharing the infrastructure and the resources with others. This drastically lowers the cost. Cloud hosting provides many of the same advantages of dedicated hosting (owning your own server) without all of the expense that is usually involved.

4. Efficiency (saves time)

Cloud hosting enables instant deployment taking away the need to obtain physical servers or any other related equipment. One can scale up or down without limit immediately without facing any downtime.

5. Simplified management

Since the cloud hosting company is responsible for maintaining the servers, each individual client has much less to manage. It is nice to let someone else worry about keeping the servers working properly and it frees you up to run other aspects of your business. One of the reasons that small businesses benefit from cloud hosting is because they can sometimes save thousands of dollars up front by avoiding the capital expenditure of purchasing their own servers. Additionally, they can substantially reduce power bills costs needed to maintain and upgrade
