They test the applicant’s mental strength and thinking power by asking crazy questions. In that regard, every person gets prepared to face the interview and answer to every question of the interviewer.

Suppose, if you get struck with a few brainteaser questions for your next job interview, then definitely you are not going to answer them in a proper way. Actually, interviewers question the candidates to test their skills and abilities and check whether they possess problem solving skills. As many companies that are in the field of IT and management make use of brain teasing questions during interviews. You need to handle them with lots of thoughts and intelligence over the point. You can follow the below tips to answer the questions in an easy way.

  • The answer which is general and understandable is the wrong answer.
  • Utilize whatever been given to you to answer the question.
  • Can ask questions if you feel to clarify anything in the asked question.
  • Express your thoughts so that the interviewers can know your ideas and hear the method and proper way you have utilized to understand the question and express answer to it.
  • Keep a pencil and paper with you to solve the question as it can be of graph, chart or related to any other figure.
  • Don’t be uncomfortable as you need to be relaxed with a deep breath to calm down yourself when trying to answer.
  • Be comfortable when you are in conversation with the interviewer and can question about a particular piece of information which will be helpful to you.
